Find a ramp that you prefer, I started with the mini at Stockport skatepark.
Wear pads that feel comfortable and always wear a helmet.

Go to the coping and put either one foot or both feet on.
I prefer to stand with my left foot on the coping.

Lean forwards and put your other foot in front of the first.
I always crouch which makes it easier.
Make sure you bend your legs as well.

When you're reaching the end of the transition, straighten your legs so
that you carry on going...

Always lean forward, never lean back else you'll go on your bum!.
|

| 6. |
Once you have performed your first stand drop, sit back and give
yourself a pat on the back!
